Delivery & Returns

Free shipping within Australia

We’ll ship your order  free of charge within Australia although this offer applies only to full priced products. At the Your Shopping Cart page select the All free shipping within Australia option.
Sale items attract a flat delivery charge of $17.50  and you will need to select the Sale items flat delivery charge $17.50 option on the Your Shopping Cart page.

Of course if you’ve purchased both full priced and sale items we’ll deliver them at no charge.

Getting your order delivered is our priority which is why we utilise StarTrack Express and TNT and dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment. They require you to sign for your order so if you’re not going to be home to take delivery, please advise your instructions in the Shipping, Ordering Instructions box on the Checkout page and we’ll ensure that StarTrack is informed.  They can only deliver to a street address so if you require delivery to a post office box, we’ll use Australia Post.

Please note that once a package has been signed for acceptance of delivery, its safety is no longer our responsibility.  If you miss the delivery and have not provided alternate instructions, StarTrack Express will leave a card advising where you can collect your goods. This default alternative is at our behest as re-delivering your goods is an additional cost to us.

Delivery times

Depending on your location, the normal delivery timeframe is between two to five working days.
Our online ordering system will advise if your chosen product is not in stock. If indeed it is not in stock, please either call us on 02 9386 1422 or email service@cocolinens.com.au to check the estimated delivery time.

How to track your order

If you’d like to track and trace your order, you can do so at www.startrackexpress.com.au. Simply enter your consignment number in the Track and Trace box on the top left corner of the StarTrack Express homepage. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched.

International orders

Please contact us on info@cocolinens.com.au if you are purchasing from overseas and we can advise the cost of the products (which will be exclusive of our 10% GST) and quote on delivery charges.  We will use Australia Post to deliver your order.

Please note that local import duties and taxes and any delays caused by local customs or excise are the responsibility of the customer and CoCo Coast to Country Linens won’t be liable for any additional charges.

Sale items

We charge a flat fee of $17.50 for Australia-wide delivery of items bought on sale.

Refunds

We’re more than happy to refund a product within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind provided that it has not been opened.  You’ll need to pay the return postage and we suggest that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can’t accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.

As long as the product is in it’s original condition, i.e. unopened, we’ll refund it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.

Exchanges

We’re more than happy to exchange a product within 30 days of purchase provided that it has not been opened (unless of course, you’ve discovered it to be faulty or damaged, in which case read below).  You’ll need to pay the return postage and we suggest that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can’t accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.

We can only exchange products for the same price (we can’t exchange products for a lower price).  We’ll also need to charge for the second delivery at a minimum cost of $17.50 (Australia-wide only)  - we’ll confirm the delivery charge with you.

As long as the product is in it’s original condition, i.e. unopened, we’ll exchange it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel provided of course that your preferred item is in stock. If not, we’ll advise a delivery time.

A problem with your purchase

If we’ve made a mistake (hopefully unlikely) or you find that the product is faulty or damaged, please first call us on 02 9386 1422 or email service@cocolinens.com.au to let us know. We’ll send you the correct or new item  within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll refund any costs you incur returning the goods.  As shipping within Australia is free, there won’t be any other charges.  We may not be able to assist you however if the product has been used or washed.

Sale items

We’re happy to exchange sale items within 7 working days of your purchase. We don’t offer refunds or credits unless the product is faulty or damaged.

As long as the product is unopened, we’ll exchange it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. You’ll need to pay the return postage and we suggest that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can’t accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.
